Sony B4U selected Paywizard to launch and manage their service in the UK. Like most of our clients, we were an integral part of their team, involved in yearly planning sessions, monthly reviews, campaign direction and execution.


15% reduction in churn by offering payment holiday to existing customers

Paywizard helped Zee TV identify that customers were choosing to cancel subscriptions prior to the summer as they returned home for an extended holiday period. A payment holiday was offered so customers could pause their subscription for 8-12 weeks.
