Paywizard snags nomination for first NAB Show Product of the Year Awards

London, 2 April, 2019 – Paywizard, the pay-TV subscription, billing and customer relationship management (CRM) specialist, today announced that Singula™, its AI-driven subscriber intelligence platform, has been nominated for an NAB Show Product of the Year Award in the Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning category. The awards, which are launching this year, recognise innovative new products and technologies being showcased at NAB Show 2019, which runs April 6 – 11 in Las Vegas.

Singula™ is built on the Microsoft Azure platform. It provides subscriber intelligence, recommending ‘next best actions’ that empower pay-TV operators and over-the-top (OTT) providers to take a more informed, data-driven approach to customer engagement. Singula™ leverages AI and machine learning to proactively strengthen customer relationships, boost revenues and entice new subscribers. Several leading broadcasters have tested the platform as part of a beta trial, including Ireland’s eir Sport, Racing TV and ITV Box Office, the pay-per-view live events arm of Britain’s leading commercial broadcaster.
