Paywizard and Massive take home NewBay Media Best of Show award at IBC 2017

London, 19 September 2017 – Paywizard, the subscription, billing and customer relationship management (CRM) specialist, and Massive Interactive, the expert in targeted user experience (UI) for multiscreen video services, have today announced that they have won an IBC 2017 ‘Best of Show Award’ from NewBay Media’s TVB Europe Magazine for their collaborative solution.
The successful joint Paywizard and Massive solution enables operators to use rich data insight and predictive analytics to more effectively target subscribers and tailor the UI at key moments in the customer journey. The award, which honours outstanding products and services presented at IBC, was given following a review by a panel of professional users and editors, as well as inspection by judges at the show.
The joint over-the-top (OTT) pay-TV solution was recognised by the judges for its intuitive workflow, which allows providers to engage users proactively through UI, solving some of the most common challenges, such as pre-empting churn and personalising the viewer’s experience. Rich insight from the Decision Moments dashboard within the Paywizard Agile platform, tracks when a subscriber interacts with a pay-TV service and then can trigger a change in the front-end UI via Massive AXIS – in line with the users stage in the customer journey. Detailed, data-driven personalisation strengthens the customer’s experience and therefore their engagement with the service, allowing operators to maximise customer acquisition and retention, achieve optimum commercialisation and increase average revenue per user (ARPU).
