Passionate about customer service and delivering great results, I have 18 years’ hands-on experience of what motivates consumers to buy pay-TV services. My experience spans many sectors including: TV Everywhere, pay-TV, OTT, Broadcast Service Delivery, IPTV, SaaS, CRM and Subscriber Management System, travel, financial services and shopping channels.
I am responsible for making sure that we deliver. I get heavily involved during service transformation and project provisioning and it is my absolute passion to see us succeed in creating outstanding success for our clients.
Working with Digital UK we managed the UK Switchover. During this time I managed our contact centres and worked strategically to support Digital UK to ensure our inbound and outbound campaigns achieved their goals.
A strategic role, I worked closely with clients such as Top Up TV, Setanta, BT and SKY, whilst retaining financial services, travel and shopping channel accounts. I brought a sales focus to this role to increase adoption, retention and reduce customer churn.
This is where the passion for all things pay-TV developed. Understanding the needs of customers, seeing how they responded to offers and programmes has underpinned all that I am today. Combined with my experience in financial services I rapidly applied my knowledge to a new sector.
