Throughout the last 18 years, I have been responsible for finding the gems that make the difference – the insights – the nuggets of data that help inform a course of action for our clients. Working across sectors, from pay-TV to shopping channels, I have analysed client data and focused on delivering value to our clients through insights. I am also responsible for the Paywizard Agile Insight Dashboard.
Working with a team of analysts we are responsible for understanding our clients’ subscription, billing and CRM data to ensure we deliver the best and most targeted advice and support possible.
With a focus on ‘billing’ my team developed the Paywizard Agile Insight Dashboard and we constantly mined client billing data looking for discrepancies to ensure our promise of accurate billing was always true.
With our business focused on the UK Digital Switchover, I was focused on ensuring we had the right infrastructure in place to deliver the Switchover to 60M homes across the UK.
Working across a wide range of clients including SKY, AsiaTV, Playboy, Setanta, Top Up TV, and JML I managed all the reporting requirements across their inbound and outbound campaigns.
